Shipping
While most orders will be shipped the business day after ordering, please allow us 2-3 working days to get your order packed and shipped during busy periods.
We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for all New Zealand orders with NZ Post. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand.
For international orders, please refer to the shipping rate calculated at check out as this can vary. Shipping timeframes are dependant on the country being shipped to but typically take between 2-14 days. Returns
If your product is defective, we will replace it. Simply email us at hello@olympiaandorla.com and we will arrange this with you.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
