Shipping
All orders ship from New Zealand and are typically dispatched the same, or following, business day.
We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for all New Zealand orders with tracking Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand and Australia.
For other international orders, please refer to the shipping rate calculated at check out as this can vary. Shipping timeframes are dependant on the country being shipped to but typically take between 2-14 days. Returns
If your product is defective, we will replace it. Simply email us at hello@olympiaandorla.com and we will arrange this with you.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
